How To Define The Hover Effect?

I'd like to define the hover effect for anchors

Is there a way to do this?

By default, The anchors handle tool tips and links for the data points. So, if you opt to not render anchors on a chart, the tool tips and links won't function. You can, however, hide them by setting alpha to 0 and still enable tool tips and links.

If you are not looking for this, please send us a screenshot of your requirement.

I want to change the anchor bgcolor and border color in its hover.
