Combination Chart Without Flash Plug-In

Hi,

 

I am given a requirement for combination chart -

I need to have a bar chart with positive and negative value on the same scale(x-axis) and a line chart. I have browsed through fusion chart gallery and demos. I have found the combination of bar and line chart, but I don't see any bar chart with negative values on the same scale. I have attached the sample chart that I am looking for, can this be achieved using fusion chart .

 

And also the requirement is for javascript (HTML5), strict no to flash. So the javascript(HTML5) chart will work on the most recent browsers, what about the old browsers, and how about the mobile devices iPhone, iPad, blackberry, android and tablets.

 

Please let me know if fusion chart suits my requirement.
