eirich1c Report post Posted October 28, 2011 (edited) Good morning, In Google Chrome version 15.0.874.106, the charts appear black and do not load. I have attached an example. We have multiple users complaining today because the Chrome upgrade was "pushed" out and nobody had a chance to say no. This also appears to be a problem in Mozilla Firefox version 7.0.1. Internet Explorer 9, however, displays everything correctly. Is there a quick fix to what we're seeing? It appears to be impacting the 3D bar charts and not the line charts. Thanks, Christopher A. eirich1c Report post Posted November 1, 2011 Hi Angshu, We are using FusionCharts XT(v3.2.2) (20th September, 2011). The XML and FusionCharts files are hosted on the Windows 2003 Server. The page that the charts are displayed on is accessible only via a Juniper MAG Series SSL VPN Gateway. I have attempted visiting the page on using XP, Vista, and Windows 7 using IE7, IE8, IE9, Chrome and FireFox. The page loaded perfectly in Chrome v14. When Chrome v15 was released, the bar charts turned black. We made no changes to our code. Thanks, Christopher A. Eirich

Guest Angshu Report post Posted November 18, 2011 Hi, Apologies for the delay in response. Please find the latest JS files attached for your reference. You would need to copy these JS files in your charts folder. Hope this helps. LatestJS_ServiceRealease1.zip
