Displaying X-Axis Labels At Custom Position

Recommended Posts

We're evaluating FusionCharts as possible replacement for our current chart rendering library. The problem we encountered now is: we're unable to configure the x-axis so that the labels are displayed always for the first day of the month. Our category set consists of a large number of dates (hour precision), we were able to customize the x-axis to some degree with the parameter 'numVisibleLabels', but we're not able to get the labels displayed exactly for the first day of each month. Is there any general solution to this problem ?

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

Please note that Bar, Pie, Doughnut, Marimekko, Zoom Line and Multi-series Combination 3D charts do not apply the advanced label management rules mentioned in FusionCharts XT. Also, you can opt not to apply the advanced label management to the X axis labels. For this, you would need to set the attribute labelDisplay='none' in <chart> element.

Ref: http://docs.fusioncharts.com/charts/?AttDesc/DataLabels.html

Hope this helps.
