Intergrate Flash Chart - Change Message

We are using FusionCharts V3, and are rendering the charts in a flash file using Actionscript 2.0

 

I am trying to change the NoDataMessage, but in Actionscript 2.0, configure() is not a recognized method, nor is the deprecated addVariable.

 

Is there a way to change the chart messages from Actionscript 2.0?

FusionCharts for Flex allows you to change the various messages that gets displayed to the user like "No data to display", "Loading Chart", "Retrieving data" etc.
