Highlighting Particular Area/region

Hi,

 

I am using zoomline chart.

 

My requirement is to highlight particular region using rectangles drawn on the basis of X and Y co-ordinates.

 

The feature sample shows custom drawing http://www.fusioncharts.com/demos/features/#visual-selection-of-data

 

But I want the regions to be drawn programatically the way i want while the chart is getting rendered.

Is there any way to draw such regions on the chart ??

Hi,

 

I am afraid, the ZoomLine chart does not support the drawing or selection feature along X and Y-axis simultaneously, as of now.

 

The ZoomLine charts supports zooming horizontally. However, the ZoomLine also supports the Pin mode. In pin mode, a ghost of the selected line segment gets imprinted on the canvas, thus enabling the user to compare the pinned segment with the rest of the chart simply by scrolling through. The pinned segment can be dragged to any part of the canvas but cannot be submitted like the select scatter chart that you have shown.
