Batch Export Is Not Working In Ipad

Hello Team ,

 

I am using Fusion charting tools our application i used batch export to export six charts on a particular web page ,its working fine on IE .

But ,when the same thing is running on Ipad its not working properly.

Only one chart is exporting at a time on Ipad .

 

Please send me a way how to use batch export with all charts on Ipad.

 

Hopefully now your team is understanding what i am trying to explain ,so please send me a best possible way to resolve the problem as soon as

its my urgent priority now.

With regard to your query, please note that the export features of the JavaScript charts presently have limited customizability when compared to the Flash FusionCharts.

 

So, the batch exporting of JavaScript charts is not supported by FusionCharts as of now.

Thank you for the post.

 

Since Flash Charts and JavaScript Charts are having lots of technological differences, currently we are not providing all the export features of Flash charts in JavaScript charts.

 

However, we are working on the same and trying to introduce all the Flash chart export features in JavaScript charts.

 

But as I have mentioned already in previous post, Batch Exporting is not supported in JavaScript charts as of now.
