How can I get the documentation for an older version? And I can I tell what version I have? Its been some time since I have used the product.

Could you please try using the following archived link for the FusionCharts documentation of v3.1.1 and see if this helps?

Also, please try enabling the "debugMode" parameter of the HTML code to know the FusionCharts version.
