Adding "custom Tool Text" On A Logo In Pie Chart

I need to add a tooltext / tooltip when users rollover a logo added using "logourl":"image.png", "logoposition":"BL", "logoalpha":"70", "logoscale":"100"

 

Is this possible?

Adding a custom tooltip/tooltext that is shown when the mouse is hovered a logo is not supported by FusionCharts as of now.
