Tooltext In Fusioncharts Xt

Hi, We've a FusionCharts XT Enterprise Plus. The toolText functionality that used to work with the free version doesn't work with the new one. We are using JavaScript rendering and attached image is a sample data that's being set for the charts. From the FusionCharts.JS , we can see the release version as "@version fusioncharts/3.3.0-release.18739".

 

Any pointers on what's going wrong is highly appreciated.

Hi,

 

We have tested one sample Column2D chart using FusionCharts XT V3.3.0 files and it is showing the toolText correctly in JavaScript rendering mode. Please find the attached screen shot of the same for your response.

 

In case if you still have the issue, could you please provide the complete chart XML/JSON data, to look into the issue at our end?
