Hi,

Please note that "FCExporter.php" was the older file, which is used only to export Flash charts image/PDF to server.

Could you please upgrade to latest FusionCharts Suite XT v3.3.1 SR2, where "index.php" is being used instead of "FCExporter.php" to export the graph?

Please note that "index.php" accepts initial export data loads the format specific export modules as mentioned below:

1. "FCExporter_RLE2IMG.php" (For exporting Flash charts to PNG/JPG)

2. "FCExporter_RLE2PDF.php" (Export module to export Flash charts to PDF)

3. "FCExporter_SVG2ALL.php" (Export module to export JavaScript charts with the help of Java Batik library)

For more information on "Server-side exporting > Saving exported output on server disk", please follow the link below:

http://docs.fusioncharts.com/charts/contents/?exporting-image/server-side/ECServerSave.html

Hope this helps!
