Error while retrieving data from the chart-object. Possible cross-domain security restriction.

Hi all,

 

I'm using Google Chrome with FusionCharts XT (v3.2.2).

I saw this two errors below in chrome console.

Ps: This is not a frequent error, but I can't see any red error in my app. kkkk

 

1st> Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <
2nd> Uncaught RuntimeException: #13111126041 myChart268RendererManager^Loaded Error >> Error while retrieving data from the chart-object. Possible cross-domain security restriction.

So I would like to know if anybody else had problem with this and how can I resolve this.

Can you please provide some information on following points?

 

> What Chart type are you using?

 

> Are you using Flash chart or JavaScript chart?

 

> On what browser did you get this error message? please mention the browser version details.

 

> Please send us the sample code and chart XML to replicate the same at our end.
