FusionCharts v3.1.1 stopped working when moving to a new web hotel

Recommended Posts

We're using Fusion Charts v3.1.1 and we were using PHP version 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.2 with Suhosin-Patch (cli) (built: May 13 2010 20:03:45)
We recently moved to a new web hotel. On that web hotel we're using PHP version 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.19 with Suhosin-Patch (cli) (built: Mar 11 2013 15:23:48)
and the same version of Fusion Charts (v3.1.1)
I recently noticed that our Fusioncharts stopped working. They don't show at all. Is there a way to get them working under PHP version 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.19 with Suhosin-Patch (cli) (built: Mar 11 2013 15:23:48)
or do we have to down grade the PHP version or upgrade Fusion charts? I also noticed that CLI isn't working the way it used to. But that's a minor issue which we managed to resolve.

Hi,

Welcome to FusionCharts Forum.

Could you please provide a bit more information on your issue?

a. The screen shot of any error you are getting in Browser > Developers Tool > Console tab.

b. Also, (if feasible) please provide any scaled down sample to test from our end.

Also, we would recommend you to upgrade to latest FusionCharts XT v3.3.1 SR2 version as you are using very old version.

For more information on "FusionCharts XT Version History", please follow the link below:

http://docs.fusioncharts.com/charts/contents/Introduction/WhatsNew32.html

To download the trial version of FusionCharts XT v3.3.1 SR2, please visit the link: http://www.fusioncharts.com/download/trials/

Please note that there is no feature limitation in the Evaluation version of FusionCharts, except for the fact that the evaluation version charts are watermarked. So you could try once by using the Trial version of latest FusionCharts XT.

Hope this helps!

Awaiting your valuable response.
