is there support for label links in fusion chart v 3.3.1 sr2

We have fusion chart enterprise version 3.2.2 this version doesnot support chart label links in both axis, we are planning to get fusion chart 3.3.1 sr2 EE please let us know in version 3.3.1 whether label links are supported in javascript mode.

It is possible to have links only on data plots using the latest version V3.3.1 SR2.
