Fusion charts to support scroll stacked and scroll combination charts

Recommended Posts

Hi,

According to your JS Charting Capabilities (http://www.fusioncharts.com/labs/fc3_2docs/Contents/Introduction/JSChartingCapabilities.html)

  • Some Flash Charts do not have JavaScript equivalent including Multi-series Stacked Column charts, Marimekko, Grid, Stacked Single Y combination, scroll stacked and scroll combination charts

I was wondering if there is any future releases of fusion charts that will support these chart combinations?

At the moment when viewing my linear gauge chart on an iPad it defaults to using JavaScript (because you cant use flash on iPad) but I get the 'chart is not supported'.

I have not come across any equivalents for this type of gauge to render in JavaScript.

Many thanks

Daniel

Thank you for your response,

I have downloaded the trial. But there doesn't seem to be a LinearGauge.xml for Fusion charts in the  XT v3.3.1 SR3 version.

Has this been updated to be used from another xml file - or did it get discontinued? Here is a link to what I'm trying to use charts for.

http://docs.fusioncharts.com/flex/charts/Contents/ChartSS/Linear_XML.html

I got the LinearGauge.xml but used it with the updated files for XT v3.3.1 SR3 but it still doesnt work.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi,

LinearGauge chart is a part of FusionWidgets XT please ensure that all the necessary files are provided to render the widget.
>>Four main files: FusionCharts.js, FusionCharts.HC.js, FusionCharts.HC.Widgets.js and jquery.min.js

For more information on Linear Gauge please visit-
http://docs.fusioncharts.com/widgets/Contents/Linear/Overview.html

If still you face any issue please provide me the data XML or a live URL that may help in comprehension.

The attached item is the sample for HLinearGauge along with the screenshot.

Hope this helps.
