Problem with zoom line

I am experiencing issues with the zoom line graph. In fact, I am unable to make a selection for zoom in. I am using Google chrome and also testing in IE.

 

Can you please advise?

In fact I managed to zoom in an specific area near the scroll of the graph.

Is there a way that the user can know where to click on the graph to zoom?

Hi,

 

Zooming is supported within the canvas area of the ZoomLine chart. It is not restricted to any specific area.

thanks for your reply. But the zooming is not working everywhere on the canvas area. It works only on a certain areas. Is there a solution to that?

In fact, it does not work on all PCs. Some PC does not get the zoom feature at all whichever area is selected. I will find out about the PC configuration and let you know.

Is there a way to add the zoom icon on the graph so that the user knows there's a zoom option?

In fact we have tested again and the issue is appearing in IE 11 and Windows 8.1 (see screen capture).
