Issue with negative coordinates at bubble chart

Dear support team,

 

I have some issues with the bubble chart. When using negative decimal numbers for coordinates (x or y axis) then the negative values will be transformed into a positive values. This only happens when using decimal values. When using integer numbers everything works like expected.

 

Please have a look at the attachments.

 

My FusionCharts version is 3.3.1-sr3.21100

Issue is not replicated using the latest version of FusionCharts Suite.

 

Can you please confirm the version of FusionCharts used?

Please note that we are neither able to replicate the issue in Bubble charts with FusionCharts XT (v3.3.1) Service Release 3 nor with the latest version FusionCharts v3.4 (as my colleague had previously mentioned).

 

Please check with the attached screenshots for your reference.

 

 

 

Also, could you please upgrade to the latest version and let us know your feedback?

 

To avail this release, you would need to re-Download the entire package from the My Orders section of FusionCharts Product Update Center.

thank's for your feedback. I was out of office for a few days...

 

My chief has the account which is needed to upgrade Fusion Charts to version 3.4 but he has gone for vacation until 18th of August.

 

I will try to get the account and to upgrade the version. After that I will give you my feedback whether the problem is solved.
