Display problem when putting flash file next to fusionmaps flash file

I have a fusionmaps flash file on my site and next to it I have a regular flash file.  When I refresh the page the regular flash file splits up three time temporarily until the page is fully loaded.  I've tried seperating the files into divs, tables, nothing works???
