X-Axis With Sub Categories/Multi Level labels on X-axis

Hi, 

I have to plot a chart like in the attached image. which contains X-axis with sub categories(highlighted with red color boxes).
Can any one please tell me how to plot this type of chart in Fusion charts.

We have fusion chart license too. So please let me know if it is available in licensed/free versions?
