Javascript links on drill-down charts

We have a Web application in which charts are loaded in new browsers and others in iframes inside the same browser. These drill-down charts have javascript functions as links that show an alert message. The issue is that these links work when loading in new browsers for all computers tested, but when the chart is loaded in a browser's iframe work in some computers and in others don't show the alert message. We have environments with windows xp sp1 and sp2, ie6 and ie7 and flash 9 or higher. The error seems to appear when the computer doesn't have windows xp sp2 release but not always, I mean, not necessary works if the computer have installed the sp2 release. It is a kind of wird problem indeed!

 

 

 

Has anyone else noticed this problem??

 

Any idea about how can we fix it?
