Can the y-axis be displayed in 32nds?

My client is using one of the line charts, but the y-axis will not display properly because we are feeding it 32nds.

Example: the difference between 99.27 and 100.5 is .10 in 32nds, not 1.23.

Please note you have calculate the interval difference explicitly and then set the exact number of div lines for a proper display.
