Double Markers at the Same X & Y Coordinates

Can you have two sets of markers utilizing the same X & Y coordinates?  I want to show change as population drops and so I want to have an initial marker be my original population and I want my second marker (which I know will shrink) to be my new smaller population.  Of course the markers will be different colors.

Yes you can always do it. Make sure to apply the smaller marker after you have applied the bigger one.
