Automatic positioning 'sets'

Hi,

 

 

 

I'm using the drag-node chart and the X and Y values of the set can be saved in a database. It seems like the chart is automatically positioning the sets, because the chart not always uses the stored X and Y values. Is this a feature that can be disabled?
