Rahul Kumar Report post Posted November 26, 2008 Hi, We have tested FusionCharts with FP 10 and IE 7 in our lab and it is working smoothly, we have not found any incompatibility. Here are some more detailed information that will help you to uninstall & again install FP 10. 1. Browser to your system's C:WINDOWSsystem32MacromedFlash directory. 2. Run uninstall_activeX.exe file. This will uninstall your current Flash Player. 3. Download FP 10 from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/ts/documents/tn_19166/Install_Flash_Player_10_ActiveX.zip. 4. Extract the zip file and run "Install Flash Player 10 ActiveX.exe". This will install FP 10 into your PC. And after that try to see the chart. Let us know if this does not solve your problem. olig9 Report post Posted November 27, 2008 Hi, Did you tried the FP10 with Firefox (2 or 3) ? Because it actually works fine on IE 6 and IE 7. But my problem occurs on Firefox and Safari installed on Windows machine. On Mac, all is working fine. See my post for more details : http://www.fusioncharts.com/forum/Topic10195-17-1.aspx Best regards. Olivier
nitesh Report post Posted December 17, 2008 (edited) I'm having this issue as well. If the page with fusioncharts is left open for like 20 odd mins, I start getting an alert that refuses to go away. The alert says I need Flash 8 or above. This happens only on FF3 on Max OSX. Safari etc dont show this misbehaviour. mrobinson Report post Posted June 18, 2010 Hi, I just received reports of this as well from one of our customers. When they upgraded to Flash 10, charts no longer work for them. I see several reports of this in two forum threads here, but no resolutions posted. Does anyone have more info on what needs to be done and if this problem has been addressed? Thanks, Matt
