Unwanted ALT Codes at top of page when using FusionCharts_Gen.php

Recommended Posts

I get this too - but using php 5.28

If I switch the browser to UTF-8 the characters disappear.

Would be nice to have a proper solution though.

Hello,

The characters are BOM markers in UTF-8, which ensure a more global compatibility. If you want to remove them forcibly, could you please open the php file in notepad, and save it in ASCII encoding, as opposed to UTF-8? Please ote that this will reduce compatibility of the file.

Optionally, you could set the browser to Auto-Select encoding mode, which should resolve this.

I hope this helps. :)
