gradient background & Grid Compoment - not possible ?

we're trying to use a gradient background with the Grid Component, to make the Grid look the same way as the Pie Chart next to it. For some reason, we cannot get the gradient to work..

 

 

 

Refering to the manual, this should be possible...

 

 

 

bgColor

 

If you want the grid to have a different background color from chart, use this attribute to specify the same.

I am afraid, as of now the grid component does not support this attribute.
