Support i18n languages in the Axis names

I put Japanese labels in chart.

 

All labels are output correct except yAxisName.

 

 

 

Here is the xml of the chart :

in yAxisName I get 34 lable and not 3??4.

Could you please update your chart to version 3.1, which supports UTF character in roated mode.
