'FusionCharts' is undefined

I give up... tryed many ways to fix it. Aready developed some app using FusionCharts with success and it never happens.

My file.aspx header:

<script src="App_Data/FusionCharts.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

and code behind

Could you please place the FusionCharts.js file in a different folder (not App_Data), set the path and permissions to the same accordingly, and try again?
