Can i customize label connector

As you can see from the screencast, some tiny states has a line to the abbr. Those states that seems were perdefined. Can i customize my own label connector?

Because if the map is smaller then the state abbr is hard to read.

I am afraid, you can only do this after modifying the map code and design from the source code of the map.

 

 

 

You can always hide the labels using showLabels='0'
