Tooltip on Drawing Pad?

How do I create a tooltip on the drawing pad?

You can add tooltip on a Drawing Pad by using the Text Annotation tool.

But I would suggest you go through the entire annotation section once. You will find it very helpful.

and then on the left panel click on the 'Annotations' section (19th topic from the top).
