The functionality for specifying different prefix/suffix for different data labels has not been provided in FusionCharts due to risk of mis-interpretation. To specify the prefix and suffix for each dataplot, it is only possible in Multi-axis Line Chart(PowerCharts Pack) and Dual-Yaxis Charts. However, you may modify the value by using <set... displayValue='<Your desired message>'> to input any type of values(with the prefix/suffix) to the different data labels. I hope this helps.
