X - Axis values are fixed and it is not dynamic like y-axis

Currently X-axis values are fixed. It is not dynamic like y-axis. In Y-axis values will automatically aligned properly basing the values in xml where as in X-axis it is not. These values are fixed. It is not adjusing basing on min and max of X-Axis.

Can any body help in this aspect.
