busches Report post Posted June 25, 2009 Hello, I'm trying to print my chart from the Browser and I'm encountering problems. First, I can't use the Right Click ->Print Chart feature, because I need a title on the chart and the caption is to long where it gets cut off. The problem I'm having is that when I print from FireFox 3, the chart is zoomed in so I can only see about 1/2 the chart. I'm attempting to print it at 600x400, if I take it down to 300x250, it will print fine in FF3, but readability is lost and is not an option. In IE8 there is no problem printing at 600x400, but I'd prefer it to work in both for the simplicity of the end-user. I've read other threads on here and they seem to point to an issue in FF3, but I have a dynamically sized flash file (same width/height as the fusion chart), right below the chart and that prints fine. I've tried using renderchart and renderchartHTML as well as rewriting the include to be exactly the same as the other flash file, all to no success. Thanks for the help! -Scott Busche P.S. Your spell check function on the forums is completely bonkers.
Guest Rajroop Report post Posted June 26, 2009 Hello Scott, FusionCharts are rendered in no scale mode. I'm afraid Firefox has issues printing no-scaled Flash movies.
