deborah Report post Posted July 2, 2009 Hi ! I struggled to figure out how to do this in the XML for my chart, it would be nice if there were a more automatic version of grouping as follows... Multi-series 3D Column Chart - show Beverages together Jan-June, Condiments together Jan-June, etc. so that all of the blue beverages would be together, all of the yellow condiments would be together... instead of each mixed up with the other, or having to do a separate chart for each. Thank you, Deborah
Guest Rajroop Report post Posted July 3, 2009 Hello Deborah, This feature is not possible in Multi-series charts, as of now. However, there might be a possible workaround for this. The Single-series column 3D chart chart can be used to solve this issue. By plotting discontinuous data, you can replicate the space you need between the columns representing different datasets, as you've mentioned, like Beverages, then Condiments, then confections, etc. As far as the labeling of these datasets is concerned, please refer to the documentation page given in the link blow: http://www.fusioncharts.com/docs/Contents/ChartSS/Column3D.html I hope this helps.
