chart width Vs screen width

Hi,

Is that possible that I can specify the chart width in percentages ( like chartWidth='30%', 20% ) ?, so that the chart can  automatically adjust with screen resolution .

Yes. FusionCharts v3 allows you to resize charts in percentage (apart from pixels).
