Batch Export using FCExporter.aspx

Is the above possible. I have two charts that I would like to export using the FCExporter.aspx instead of the FCExporter.swf. Is this possible and if so how do I do it? Thanks

FCExporter.swf is a Flash file whereas FCExporter.aspx is a Server-side scripting file.
