Gradient Background for 3D PIE

I think this is easy, but I can't find it in the documentation. I find references to a gradient specification page, but I can't find that page anywhere.

 

 

 

I have 3 graphs on a page. The combo and line graphs have a nice gradient background (grey-default). The PIE chart has a white background. I can't figure out how to get the PIE chart to match with a similar gradient background.
