FusionChart with SmartClient Export not working

I am new to fusioncharts. I am using FusionChart along with SmartClient. I am able to generate to charts successfully however unable to export the chart to JPG.

 

 

 

I am using clientside javascript export. I tried both options i.e.

 

a) right click and 'save as JPG' (it initiates export but save option doesn't appear)

 

Export Chart button calling javascript API. (here the getChartFromId() returns null).

 

 

 

All the examples in documentation are based on DIV components and their id. In Smartclient I am not using DIV.

 

 

 

Any help to make this work is appreciated.

Could you please try using Flash Player 10, and see if it helps?

I am already using Flash Player 10. That cannot be the issue. I also tried in IE7 and Firefox. I face the same problem.
