chart is displayed with no data

I am using gantt chart module and has integrated it with php frame work CodeIgniter. Chart is displayed but with no data

 

 

 

I have concatenated all data in $strXML.

 

Chart is displayed but seems xml is empty

 

Can someone figure out where is the problem ?
