How to create multiple line Tooltip using setDataXML

I've seen other posts saying to use setDataURL if you want to have a multi line tooltip.

 

However, I really need to use setDataXML.

 

Is there a way to pass a multi line tooltip to setDataXML that does not result in an invalid XML error?

Please try using using "{br}" or "%26#10" the line-break in the tool-tip.
