Can I show any Indicator In Between Chart For Showing any Particular item/Person.

I am New in this. If i want to show any Particular Things(like Arrow or something like that) In between graph through Arrow or in any Other Way that a particular Person Or item exist on that particular Section.

 

 

 

So it there any way to do that. If yes please guide Me.
