Chart with Bars 2D inverted for create Population Pyramids

Hello!

I want to ride a "pyramide Population" as the example image below, or as the link.

I got it set up the pyramid right but it still left that have not yet managed to make it be reversed, that is, increasing the left.

Can anyone help me with this.
