sverma Report post Posted December 20, 2009 Hi I do have a requirement where y axis values should display same no. of decimal places. I can see that forceDecimal = 1 just works for the data plot values but not for the y axis values. This issue was reported in 2007 as well. I hope you guys have fixed it by now. I want my y axis to have values like 0.00 0.25 0.50 1.00 ... Regards Saurabh
Guest Madhumita Report post Posted December 21, 2009 Hello, Welcome to FusionCharts forum. The attribute yAxisValueDecimals is used to set the decimal precision for the y-axis values. However, as of now, the forceDecimals attribute does not work upon the y-axis values. If a number on the yaxis is already rounded then decimals cannot be forced on the value on y-axis. Your suggestions are very important to us. We have made a note of the same.
sverma Report post Posted December 21, 2009 Thanks for the reply, this issue is critical to us as part of release. We have licensed version of FusionCharts. It will be great if this issue is addressed quickly. The thing is we are not displaying the value of data plot i.e. over the bar (Column2D). So only y axis labels are visible as source of information hence consistency in decimal precision over y axis labels is critical to us. Guest Madhumita Report post Posted December 21, 2009 Hello, As a workaround, you can use trendlines and displayValue attribute of the line element to display such values. If you can provide us with your XML we can do the same. Looking forward to your reply.
