Secure411.org Report post Posted February 1, 2010 http://www.fusioncharts.com/maps/docs/Contents/MarkerShapes.html Is there a full set of flag markers for the countries and has someone done this already (why re-invent the wheel if so?) Thank you, - April
Secure411.org Report post Posted February 1, 2010 I have studied all the MarkerXML files and found the WorldwithCountriesData.xml However for example for the US it has "Washington" over on the east coast. Do you have an XML file for the countries where the marker will be in the middle of the country? Also I am concerned if I change the pixel size of the map, will the markers still be where they should be on the map? Thank you, - April
Secure411.org Report post Posted February 1, 2010 I am not finding any connection between the ID numbers within the WorldwithCountriesData.xml (which contains city names and x y for a marker) and the Country IDs that correspond to each country name such as ID 118 is RU Russia. But in the WorldwithCountriesData.xml I see no way to tie it back to what country code (2 letter abbreviation) or country ID the city (and thus xy of marker) will be in?
