resize/redraw without additional ajax request

I render my chart with data from an ajax call. If I then re-size my browser, the only way to re-size the chart is to do a full chart refresh, where it contacts the server again.

 

 

 

How do I re-size the chart (during browser resize) without refreshing the XML data (another ajax call)?
