Cover charaters using fusioncharts.

I met a problem recently when using fusioncharts.

 

I want to convert excel file with charts to html and some cells in the excel file were covered by the chart,see attachment one for details.

 

And I want to generate one html file in which the cells with contents are covered by the chart as well which is like what is in attachment two.

 

But I can't gain that kind of effect and I want to whether there is one way to gain such effect by using Fusionchart.
