+ symbol gets replaced with space in chart caption

In Chart caption I have to display the timezone of the server.For example if server is running in IST timezone then caption should display GMT+5:30.

Now the problem is that the + sign is getting replaced by space when I preview the chart and it shows GMT 5:30.

Please suggest how can I get the + in chart caption.

Hi Amrita,

Can you please use the encoded form of + i.e, %2B ?

For example,

GMT %2B 5:30.
