if for example i wanted one map of europe for a customer site i would have to purchase the INSTALLATION license of $1000 which would give me all maps?

you don't have a license model in place where i can just purchase individual maps ?

I am afraid, we do not provide license for a single map.

In case you wish to purchase our license, you need to purcharse the whole pack.
