Is it possible to have a dual scale on an Angular Chart, inside scale of MPH (miles per hour) and an outer scale of KPH (kilometers per hour); the conversion factor 1mph = 1.609kph.

Welcome to FusionCharts forum.

I am afraid, as of now, the Angular Gauge of FusionWidgets pack does not support Dual scale.

However, Angular Gauges supports multiple "dial".
