datavalue Display Properties

Recommended Posts

Hi ,

I am using multiple 2d graph with a Bar and multiple lines. When value of a bar element is less than line elements, the value which gets displayed on the graph is overlapped by the line.So is not visible properly and thats not the requirement.

I am very new to fusion charts.

Can you please help me to solve this issue.

Is there any way to change the display property of values?

eg.say Can I display value not in the graph area but a line parallel to X axis?

Is it possible in free download version of fusion chart or I have to go for paid version?

Hi Chanda,

Welcome to FusionCharts! :)

I am using multiple 2d graph with a Bar and multiple lines. When value of a bar element is less than line elements, the value which gets displayed on the graph is overlapped by the line.So is not visible properly and thats not the requirement.

Is there any way to change the display property of values?

For these, could you please try using the attribute showValues='0' in the <chart> element? This attribute sets the configuration whether the data values would be displayed along with the data plot on the chart.

Can I display value not in the graph area but a line parallel to X axis?

I am afraid, FusionCharts does not support this feature, as of now. :)

Is it possible in free download version of fusion chart or I have to go for paid version?

The evaluation version and the enterprise version of FusionCharts has no difference in the functionality of the charts.

The only difference is the watermark that is present on the charts of the evaluation(trial) version. This can be removed by modifying the source code. The source code is only provided with the licensed(paid) version of FusionCharts.

Hope this helps. :)

Hi,

I am afraid, FusionCharts does not support this.

Can I use property rotateValues='1' or valuePadding in free version.

In case you wish to rotate the datalabels, please try setting the attribute 'rotateNames' in the <graph> element to '1'.

I am afraid, FusionCharts Free does not support value-padding.

Hope this helps.
